We’re looking for a junior platform analyst, with strong technical and problem-solving skills to join us. This role is within the Data Science and Insight department, the driving force of our organization – producing industry-leading research by which engagement, culture and leadership strategy and solutions are shaped.

This role can be offered on a remote basis or hybrid working to be based in London, York or Manchester!

What will I be doing?

  • Technical build and implementation of employee engagement surveys
  • Set up of survey distribution
  • Technical dashboard and report development through survey platforms
  • Providing technical survey platform expertise and advice to internal teams and clients
  • Quality assurance
  • Own the technical survey platform implementation of employee research across a number of sectors, supporting some of the world’s largest organisations

What do I need to bring with me?

  • Learn about leading quantitative and qualitative research data collection practices
  • Develop skills and qualifications/accreditation across several leading survey platform tools such as Qualtrics, Tivian and Glint
  • Access external training on leading research data collection techniques
