    We have a fantastic opportunity for someone to join our Every Customer Support team based in Leeds. This role is important as you'll be responsible for organising asset data collection surveys within schools across the UK and also provide support within the office in central Leeds.

    The role sits within the wider Customer Service team, ensuring that asset data collection surveys and supporting data responsibilities are completed on time and to a high level of accuracy. When not organising external audits, this role will provide support within the internal customer services team. This role will involve extensive travel across the UK, with overnight accommodation provided and travel expenses supported.

    Please note: this position is available on a 12-month fixed term contract.

    What will you be doing?

    As an Asset Audit Coordinator within this team, your responsibilities will be as follows:

    • Liaising with customers to book and coordinate Asset Audits
    • Book Travel and hotels if needed
    • Complete important Admin for Asset Audits
    • Booking and co-ordinating zero-hour staff onto audits
    • Data cleaning and uploading quality data into the customers system
    • Liaising with customers to confirm progress of data collection
    • Providing an excellent level of customer service and interaction at all times
    • Provide support to customers via all channels.

    What are we looking for?

    • Excellent IT skills, specifically Microsoft Excel
    • The ability to deliver outstanding customer service
    • Comfortable and confident communicating over the telephone, face-to-face and via online channels
    • Excellent written skills, with the ability to address a business audience
    • The ability to build strong and positive relationships with other colleagues and teams
    • A desire to learn and progress by sharing knowledge, experience and best practise
    • Results focussed with a capability to meet deadlines
    • A keen eye for detail and accuracy
    • Excellent communication and listening skills
    • Logical mindset with the ability to think analytically and extract relevant information
    • Ability to prioritise, complete multiple tasks simultaneously and work under pressure.
