    Entry requirements

    To apply for this role, you need to be:

    • attending university for your final year of study in September 2025;
    • available for full time work from 3 July 2024 to 20 June 2025; and
    • on track to achieve a 2.1 in your university degree. This role is ideal for someone who is studying a technology/IT/computer science related degree looking for an industrial placement/

    What you will be doing

    Isio’s IT department plays a crucial role in supporting over 1300 employees in providing the highest levels of advice and expertise across pensions, benefits, investment and wealth. This role will include will working in teams that support the IT and Technology functions and will include working on:

    • providing effective support to colleagues with IT and Technology queries
    • getting involved in the delivery of specific IT projects working on the management of existing and new systems and processes.
    • assisting in the development and implementation of a supplier management system to ensure the externally provided IT solutions Isio use are fit for purpose at all times.
    • working with key support functions including Finance and our Digital teams.

    What you will be doing

    During your placement you will get the opportunity to develop analytical and problem-solving skills whilst working as part of a team and build your experience in supporting critical IT and Technology solutions.

    What we are looking for in Industrial Placement students in our Pensions Administration team
