The successful candidate stepping into the role of PA & Marketing Assistant will assume a pivotal responsibility, encompassing both providing seamless administrative assistance to the CEO and actively participating in the execution of marketing initiatives. What would be my main responsibilities?
Executive Personal Assistant Responsibilities:
- To provide calendar management and efficient coordination of meetings and other appointments on behalf of the CEO
- Monitor the CEO’s emails, taking actions appropriately and prioritising urgent actions
- Facilitating a continual open line of communication with a list of customers, advisors, influencers and other relevant important stakeholders
- Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials, and exercise discretion when communicating with the business.
Marketing Assistant Responsibilities:
- Assist in organising and scheduling meetings, appointments, and marketing events.
- Maintain mailing lists and contacts and check with contacts in LinkedIn
- Assist in managing social media accounts by scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments or messages.
- Do research on customers and prospects
- Assist in managing event logistics, including setup, materials preparation, and post-event evaluations.
- Collaborate with external partners, vendors, and agencies as needed.
- Support in the preparation, organisation and carrying out of all activities surrounding marketing efforts

Job requirements
What we’d like from you:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and social media platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva) is a plus.
- Enthusiastic and eager to learn about marketing strategies and tactics.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues.
