    The role

    Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, the Marketing Executive will have responsibility for developing and executing campaigns that drive an uplift in subscriptions to ITVX Premium. The role has a strong focus on business forecasts, spend, CPA, content and trading.

    This role is an integral part of the future of ITV and will be instrumental in making our content unmissable and ensuring our on-demand viewers and subscribers grow in line with our ambitious business targets.

    Main responsibilities

    • Support the delivery of effective marketing campaigns across digital, TV/VOD and CTV to drive growth in viewing and subscriber numbers.
    • Lead on creative for all subscriber campaigns with a focus on performance and content insights.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with media teams (across paid and owned) to drive performance and growth.
    • Work closely with ITV Creative to ensure all creative assets stand out whilst maximising viewing and customer acquisition.
    • Work with other areas of ITV such as Product, Editorial, and Commercial teams to ensure optimal marketing journeys and seamless viewer experiences to drive business performance.
    • Support the Senior Marketing Manager and Head of Marketing on trading performance presentations on a weekly basis.

    Skills you’ll need (minimum criteria)

    • A marketing professional with experience in a subscription business preferable.
    • Experience briefing and managing campaigns is desirable with high levels of attention to detail
    • Commercially minded with an understanding of how marketing can drive business performance.
    • A passion for and knowledge of the modern TV landscape, the latest viewing behaviours and how viewers are discovering content.

    • Highly numerate with the ability to make data simple and accessible to all.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in presenting to internal and external stakeholders
    • Ability to work to tight deadlines, manage multiple projects & prioritise workload.
    • Evidence of ability to build strong stakeholder relationships internally and externally
    • A champion for diversity and inclusion.
