The role
To provide project, communication and administrative support to the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion team. You will be involved in writing reports and content for our website and supporting on-screen and off-screen projects and initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Write content and case studies about ITV’s DEI work for external reporting and ITV’s website (e.g., to include in ITV’s annual Diversity Acceleration Plan report, Social Purpose report and Annual report)
- Write internal reports and communications (e.g., Management Board reports and intranet articles).
- Conduct desk research for the team as needed (e.g., finding pictures for internal and external communications, finding relevant data from public reports, researching off-screen and on-screen talent).
- Provide general administrative support to the Diversity & Inclusion team. This can involve (but is not limited to) organising meetings, taking comprehensive minutes, creating engaging presentations/slide decks, working with internal staff networks and helping with invoices, expenses and payments.
- Create engaging content for social media accounts and manage content on our website and intranet.
- Support with organisation and delivery of events and initiatives
Skills you’ll need (minimum criteria)
- Passion and interest in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
- Writing experience (this could be through educational or professional experience and could be in any discipline)
- Research skills (ability to research topics and collect data/information accurately)
- Communication skills and experience (communicating or writing about subjects accurately, clearly and creatively)

- Ability to assist on multiple projects at the same time and be a flexible team player
- Demonstrable organisational skills and proven ability to prioritise workload
