    Overview

    The Product Consulting Graduate will work in a team of product consultants to deliver exceptional outcomes for Advanced Advertising clients across the UK and Ireland. You will act as a product graduate, advising self-service clients and internal users via proactive plans that drive adoption and growth.

    You will contribute to the development of training programmes that are designed for broad consumption as well as highly customised programmes for customers with special use cases.

    You will help to maintain operational oversight for a set of clients, monitoring activity in order to inform best practices and lead on internal operational tasks. Working closely with your manager and the commercial team, the Graduate will contribute to the development of key client plans, as well as drive optimal platform implementation and software usage.

    The team will align closely with Product Management, taking responsibility for platform release notifications, assisting in product delivery of feature requirements and providing feedback from client-facing teams to also drive continuous improvement on the platform itself.

    Responsibilities

    • Assist in the creation and development of professional standard platform training content
    • Assist with the running of external training programs and sessions to address specific knowledge gaps and drive full self-service rollout;
    • Consult with clients and the commercial teams, leveraging technical knowledge to help drive product-focused solutions to business challenges
    • Build relationships and collaborate extensively with Operational, Product and Commercial teams across the organisation
    • Help contribute to the Advanced Advertising product roadmap; assist in writing requirements and with user acceptance testing 
    • Help clients get the most from the platform; educating them as the product evolves and advising on the business applications and solutions that new product features can offer
    • Conduct troubleshooting for technical issues and escalate as necessary; serve as a liaison between clients and technical escalation teams until resolution
    • Identify issue trends and support senior members of the team in developing client initiatives to address

    Minimum Role Criteria

    • First-class technical, analytical and data interpretation skills with experience applying these within a solutions-based role
    • Excellent presentation skills
    • Some experience talking to clients at a platform support level
    • Aptitude for training and communication skills to meet this
    • Fair understanding of digital technology
    • Ability to maintain workflow and self-prioritise tasks effectively to hit deadlines.
    • Project / Programme management experience skills a plus
    • Excellent command of the English language in both a written and verbal arena.
