We are growing our Operations team! This is a new role and a great entry-level opportunity into the travel industry.
We’re looking for a creative, organised travel enthusiast with high attention to detail and a passion for learning about the world, to help out behind-the-scenes across Jacada. This is a hybrid office/remote position, with an expected 3 days in the office per week, and a perfect first step into the travel industry.
Travel experience is not mandatory.

As our first Operations Assistant, you will play a vital role within the Operations Team ensuring that everything is in place for the smooth operation of client trips during busy peak seasons. You will work behind-the-scenes, creating client travel packs, working with hotels to make sure they have client information before arrival, updating travel documents, drafting emails and assisting with crucial administrative tasks, enabling us to ensure client travel needs and expectations are fulfilled.
This is an entry-level role with potential for great career growth in the travel industry. You will work closely with some of our most experienced and passionate staff.
We are looking for someone who is able to work a hybrid role, with 3 days a week in our London office, working on bookings from around the world.
What you’ll be doing
- To deal with the post-sales administration of client bookings, ensuring all invoices and bookings are entered correctly in the relevant systems.
- Assisting the Operations team to ensure payments are made to suppliers within due dates.
- Assisting the Operations team in ensuring local suppliers have client information needed for the trip, and hotels will deliver a tailormade welcome note to the clients on arrival.
- Working closely with all teams to ensure client/trip information is correctly stored in Jacada and Wilderness systems.
- Assisting with the smooth delivery/checking and dispatch of client documentation/packs.
