    What will you get?

    Our Graduate Development Programme is a structured 2-year scheme, aiming to progress Graduates into global project leaders and problem solvers. We provide the framework, mentoring and experience, to help you maximise your skills and ambition across a variety of locations and markets. On joining our scheme in September 2023, you’ll rapidly gain knowledge of how our company works, where our motivations lie and, most importantly, where you can make innovative contributions to our projects and help us take a step towards a more connected and sustainable world.

    You will join a respected and ambitious company with excellent career prospects both locally and internationally. You will work as part of a diverse and highly skilled team of landscape architects, providing support and advice to a wide range of clients and working with a multi-disciplinary team. There will be opportunities to experience different roles within the Water and Environment team aimed at developing your career.

    Here’s What You’ll Need:

    • A post graduate degree qualification in Landscape Architecture
    • A flexible and innovative self-starter who’s passionate about developing skills with an ability to adapt and prioritise appropriately whilst working on several varied projects at once
    • Enthusiasm and curiosity to apply skills to the solution of real-world problems
    • A well-rounded person – have you travelled around the world? Worked in a bar? Been captain of a sports team or volunteered for a charity? Tell us – we’re looking for people with interesting stories and experiences! We also encourage people starting on their second careers.
    • Flexibility to travel for work in the UK, ideally with a Full UK driving license
    • Autocad/ 3d design skills
    • Adobe suite
    • You must have the permanent right to work in the UK
