Commercial
We’ve been transforming our global commercial operations so that we remain at the forefront of innovation in a changing world. We want to create the world’s most distinct luxury vehicles, alongside a personalised customer experience with creativity and technology at its heart.
Working in our Commercial function, you will play a key role in our evolution into an electric-first, modern luxury business. In particular, you will assist with the rapid digitalisation of our marketing communications and the development of connected services and new models of vehicle ownership that will revolutionise our customer relationships.

Commercial Business Graduate Programme
Gaining experience in operational and centre-of-expertise teams across sales (operations, demand, planning performance and network), customer insights and customer service (planning and strategy), you will assist in optimising and growing our business.
Rotations lasting three to six months will give you direct exposure to our global teams and potential opportunities to work abroad. Whether you’re focusing on day-to-day business or dedicated missions that address key commercial challenges, your contribution will impact our success.

Commercial Digital Graduate Programme
Optimising the customer journey to provide a modern luxury experience, you will champion digitalisation – enabling us to learn more than ever before about our drivers and meet their desires at every step of the customer journey.
Your three-to-six-month rotations will take you into customer insights, social media, e-commerce, digital operations and digital marketing. Once again, you will operate alongside senior stakeholders from our global teams (potentially abroad) and will divide your time between operations and key missions.
Above all, you will enjoy rich, challenging and meaningful experiences as you transform our approach to digital and apply your ideas, creativity and tech expertise to put our customers at the heart of everything we do.
What’s required?
For the Commercial Business Graduate Programme, you will need to hold or be on track to achieve at least a 2.2 degree in a business-related subject (business, economics, marketing, human resources).
For the Commercial Digital Graduate Programme, you will need to hold or be on track to achieve at least a 2.2 degree in business, marketing, digital marketing, communications, media, digital media or social media.
Rewards and benefits
We haven’t yet confirmed our 2023 graduate programme salary, but in 2022 this was £29,000.
