    Your opportunity

    You will work closely with the EMEA and Latin America channel marketing team, the wider marketing team, and sales to execute marketing activities in the region. You will support the delivery of Janus Henderson’s wholesale marketing strategy and operations to fund selectors, financial advisers, and top accounts across the Spanish and Portuguese markets.

    • Assist to execute the marketing plan for the region.
    • Support the implementation of the content strategy in the region across media, social, institutions among others. This also includes ensuring translated materials are available on time and with the required quality.
    • Ensure the websites are accurately updated and maintained.
    • Collaborate with the events team to ensure the successful implementation of in person and virtual events in the region
    • Manage and track invoices within marketing budget
    • Support the digital communication with clients by executing on the email strategy
    • Support the social strategy of JHI in the region
    • Ensure the implementation of EMEA wide campaigns in the Iberian region
    • Monitor, measure and report the effectiveness of marketing activities
    • Closely work with compliance to ensure the different marketing activities are in line with the regulatory requirements in the region.

    Must have skills

    • Spanish speaker
    • Experience using marketing automation/ email marketing tools (Pardot preferred)
    • Experience using social media tools (live social preferred)
    • Solid knowledge of the asset management industry and investment products would be beneficial
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to work as part of an effective team
    • Understand the need to prioritise and manage expectations
    • Excellent attention to detail
    • Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships and developing good level of networking skills (internal teams, stakeholders and peers, and external third parties)
    • Client centric approach through all marketing work
    • Deadline driven
    • Able to work independently on small and moderately complex projects
