About the scheme
We are looking for ambitious designers to shape our next generation and future machines. We are in an era where exciting technologies are changing the way our machines are used. We need the most talented designers to define how our machines look and how our customers interact with them. You will be part of a passionate team working together to create brilliant customer experiences.
We will provide knowledge and real work experience to maximise your potential with the opportunity to influence and inform future product direction. You will complete your scheme as part of our busy in-house Industrial Design team working alongside experienced colleagues and previous graduates.
About you
We look for graduates who have a passionate interest in their area of study, a desire to succeed and a ‘can do’ attitude.
To apply, you need to be near to, or have completed, an appropriate Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Automotive / Industrial / Product Design or Interaction / Digital Design) and must be on track to secure a 2:1 or higher.
The scheme will be based at our World Headquarters in Staffordshire, so if you’re not based locally you need to be willing to relocate to within a reasonable commuting distance.
