    Reporting to the Senior Aircraft Configuration Engineer, the Aircraft Configuration Controller will be responsible for ensuring all rotable components are recorded and set-up correctly within the Engineering Database (AMOS) to support the Jet2.com fleet of aircraft.
    Working with status reports and maintenance records, this role confirms the accuracy of data imported into the Engineering Database (AMOS). You will ensure aircraft component configurations of existing, entry-into-service and new aircraft are effectively controlled and set-up. The Aircraft Configuration Controller will also set-up part requirements (eg. life limits), part interchangeability and alternative parts, whilst managing warranty claims.

    Who You Are

    The successful candidate:

    • Will have excellent time management skills with the ability to manage and record large amounts of data quickly and accurately.
    • You will have an eye for detail and be highly organised.
    • This role would also suit a graduate (or similar) looking to start a career in Aircraft Engineering.
    • The Aircraft Configuration Controller will have the ability to work methodically to tight timescales, working in a co-operative and flexible manner, whilst maintaining strong working relationships across all business levels. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
