    Reporting to the Operations Solutions Delivery Lead, this role is responsible for administrative tasks relating to coordinating project delivery. This role will work with a broad and interesting range of operational disciplines, including Operations Control, Flight Planning, Crew Training & Rostering, Ground Operations, plus many more.

    What will you do in the role?

    As our Apprentice Operations Solutions Delivery Administrator, you will be involved in arranging the necessary project engagements, as well as being responsible for the project documentation throughout the initiation, delivery, and post-delivery phases, including project plans, resource plans, meeting agendas/minutes, change requests, management of change process, etc. You will also:

    • Coordinate the Release Notes for new system features / functions.
    • Coordinate communications to the User communities as required for upgrades, maintenance, and any non-standard service provisions.
    • Support with the completion of project documentation, including project plans, logs, manuals, procedures.
    • Coordinated project meetings, define agendas, and capture minutes as required.
    • Coordinate Testing schedules for new product releases.
    • Ensure all Delivery work is carefully governed through the Management of Change process (MOC).
    • Coordinate communications from the Operational Development team, including release notifications, newsletters, and General Advisories.

    What are the key skills / experience you’ll already have?

    As our Apprentice Operations Solutions Delivery Administrator, you will be organised and have excellent time keeping in order to deliver on time. You will also:
