    Your responsibilities

    As a Graduate Lettings Administrator, your core responsibilities will centre around taking ownership of the end-to-end deal progression, diligently guiding each transaction from the initial offer to its successful conclusion, all while meeting critical deadlines. This includes conducting AML checks, managing documentation, coordinating essential services such as EPCs and safety checks. You will also be the primary point of contact for tenants and landlords, ensuring clear and proactive communication, maintaining impeccable records on our CRM system, and actively contributing your insights in team meetings. This role is heavily weighted towards ensuring that all processes and procedures meet the required legal and regulatory standards.
