    A fantastic opportunity for someone at the start of their career. You will be working with our Head of Quality, Technical and Compliance to deliver the business’s ethical trade strategy, building knowledge on our Code of Practice and human rights issues.

    What we expect from you

    • New factory onboarding, communicating JoJo Code of Practice requirements to new vendors and factories.
    • Maintain our audit database, running analytical reporting to build monthly business updates.
    • Initial receipt and review of Code of Practice audits, updating our database with findings and highlighting risk to the Senior Team.
    • Co-ordinating meetings with suppliers to review ethical risk rating from Code of Practice audits.
    • Monitoring status of audit outcomes, working with suppliers and external auditors to successful closure of non-compliances and continuous improvement.
    • Updating our commercial teams on factory audit status, compiling information, and running reports on fixed frequency and as required.
    • Supporting on internal and external reporting needs for overall JoJo audit strategy, B-Corp, and other sustainability projects as required in a timely manner.
    • Contributing ideas and feedback to continually improve our internal methodology and data tracking.
    • Supporting and developing our strategy within ethical trade at JoJo.
    • Supporting on cross functional projects related to ethical trade, supply chain mapping, and sustainability.
    • Maintain our SEDEX data on key sourcing suppliers, running analytical reporting as required.
    • Supporting our key sourcing suppliers to maintain their Self-Assessment information on SEDEX.
