Our I2020 Trainee program offers intellectually curious and driven school leavers and graduates the opportunity to launch a career in global financial services. You'll develop a range of core skills and acquire fundamental knowledge in the Asset Management industry.

What we offer
On-the-job experience
This year long program will provide you with an in-depth introduction to our Asset Management business, while building your industry knowledge and professional network, enabling you to take the first step towards constructing a dynamic, long term career with us.
Training
Successful candidates will be provided with training designed to familiarise them with our firm, products, services and culture and will also undertake the CISI Investment Operations Certificate (IOC). This experience is devised to give trainees a platform to launch their career - whether at the firm or elsewhere in the industry.
Career Progression
We will place you at the core of our firm for 12 months, where you will build your product and industry knowledge and gain hands-on experience working in one of the most respected financial institutions in the world. Our aspiration is that program participants secure permanent roles at the firm following the conclusion of their traineeship and to date we are delighted to have offered permanent roles to 85% of our trainees.
