    Have you recently graduated and are wondering what’s next? We are offering graduates with an interest in finance the chance to develop an amazing career in hospitality!

    With over 51 hotels in the UK & Ireland – even building and opening 2 hotels through a pandemic! We have strengthened our brand and place in the market for our guests, by becoming one of the leading hotel brands in the UK & Ireland when we rebranded all of our hotels to Leonardo hotels this year (you may know us as Jurys Inn). We have exciting opportunities to not only take part in our Finance Graduate Programme but also grow within an ever expanding company to achieve your career goals with the support of our L&D programmes.

    The Graduate Programme

    • 2-year Management Development Programme consisting of two 12-month placements.
    • This is rotational programme covering all areas of the finance department such as accounting, management accounting, financial planning and analysis and much more!
    • At month 6, you will be enrolled on the HOSPA Qualification, allowing you to be Certified as AHOSPA.
    • Extensive personal and professional development is provided throughout the programme with training workshops, webinars and project work.
    • Fixed term 2-year contract with the aim to be in a permanent role by the end of the programme.

    What we are looking for?

    • Passion for hospitality
    • A proactive and positive attitude
    • Resilient and strong time management skills
    • A degree in a Finance related course
    • Ideally you will have worked in a Hotel/Leisure/ or Hospitality setting
    • Right to work in the UK & Ireland

    • Second stage will be an assessment centre from the 20 th of February 2023
