    Role description

    Join our unique team looking after a some of the biggest personal care players in the industry. In our team, we help clients truly understand the consumer; what makes an individual chose their product once in home, what triggers & barriers do they have, which needs & values do they need to resonate with? Our insights feed into long term strategic planning & product innovation across our clients as well as so much more.

    As the Client Executive you will be responsible for acting as a key contact for a multinational company. Working alongside a Client manager to deliver best in class servicing, challenge client thinking and bring strategic solutions and thinking to your client.

    The role requires someone with strong analytical skills, a passion for collaborating and ambition to be a trusted partner in your client’s team. You will be working closely with your clients to create strategic insight and offering your expert opinion to shape their business decisions.

    Key outcomes

    • Account Development: Build a strong network across our client base, ensure the highest level of servicing & maintain continued open dialogue with the client. Be their go-to for expert opinion work across business units to create collaborative approaches with the client interest in mind.
    • Revenue: You will have a personal target and work with your team to find, develop and close new leads through maintaining client relationships and finding out their key business questions.
    • Teamwork: Work in close conjunction with other units in our business & beyond. Delivering joint insights to client teams across the globe
    • Innovation and Inspire Clients: Act as a key contact on the account, adding value to the client by bringing proactive ideas to the client, adding you opinion and exploring the data to challenge client thinking.
    • Elevating Insight: Producing and presenting high quality insight and new solutions to your clients. Deliver credible presentations with expert opinions grounded in data

    Capabilities and experience

    • Commercial & curious mindset with the ability to answer client’s big questions and unafraid to have a point of view
    • Keen to develop knowledge and be seen as an expert within the Beauty and Personal Care space, talking articulately about the industry and client challenges to connect with client needs
    • A passion for understanding consumer behaviour
    • Able to build and maintain fantastic client relationships, inspiring trust and confidence.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to put together insightful and impactful presentations, and support others in doing so.
    • Good attention to detail, strong organisation and time management skills.
