The Role
In this position you are required to recruit healthcare professionals to take part in Qualitative and Quantitative projects. Recruit and schedule respondents for research interviews.
Ensuring that assignments are conducted in compliance with the ISO 20252/26362 standard and other regulatory standards. Being able to work on multiple assignments simultaneously and be able to organise your time to meet deadlines on a regular basis.
You need to be confident in your ability to conduct discussions around complex healthcare related issues with professional people across the medical spectrum including payors and key opinion leaders.
What you’ll do
- Recruit healthcare professionals to take part in Qualitative and Quantitative projects.
- Recruit and schedule respondents for research interviews.
- Ensure that assignments are conducted in compliance with the ISO 20252/26362 standard and other regulatory standards.
- With training, conduct discussions around complex healthcare related issues with professional people across the medical spectrum including payors and key opinion leaders.
- Daily updates to the Project Team of your completed interviews/recruits and booked appointments.
- Once assigned to a project, you are responsible for meeting your quotas and other deadlines.
- Project Team escalation, should you realised that you will not meet your mini-quota, quotas or other deadlines.

- Excellent communication skills: English and German language is essential
- Project management skills, highly organised and methodical
This role would suit a motivated School Leaver or Graduate who enjoys fostering relationships and working as part of a team, but also embraces responsibility for their work as an individual.
The successful candidate will exhibit the ability to be proactive, solution-oriented and well-organized. A good attention to detail and the ability to multi-task are essential.
