This is an amazing opportunity to work at the heart of the business, involved directly with facilitating tours and events both nationally and internationally, with a view to becoming integral to this vibrant department.

The role will involve 4 - 5 month in-house on-the-job training incorporating time in other areas of the business to familiarise the candidate the functionality and process of the company.  After the initial in-house training period, providing that candidate is deemed suitable, the company will fund and give the employee time to undergo formal external training to allow them to sit their CPC qualifications.  On passing these qualification (anticipated to be early 2022) the candidate will take up a full management role within the Operations Team.

The ideal candidate will have good communication skills, demonstrate excellent time management and attention to detail, and be able to work on their own initiative. The role demands the ability to work as part of a team and to liaise articulately with clients and would suit someone who works well under pressure and who is happy to work extended hours at industry peak times during the year.

Although based at our head office in Pinxton, Nottinghamshire, the role may later require some business travel to attend site.
