    At the core of all our projects is our Supply Chain function. Recent world events have highlighted the importance and of a dependably supply chain – it can mean the difference between delay and definitive success! We now have an exciting opportunity in 2023, for two Graduates to begin their journey as Supply Chain Professionals with KBR.

    What’s on offer?

    Our two-year Supply Chain Graduate Scheme offers exposure to all aspects of procurement and supply chain management, across our government projects. With KBR’s diverse client base, you’ll gain valuable experience in both public and private sector procurement in the UK market, EMEA and APAC regions.

    The Scheme has been structured with you in mind, ensuring no two days are the same:

    • Rotations in Category Management, Contract and Supplier Management, Client Procurement Consultancy, Systems and Data Analytics, Supply Chain Operations & Governance
    • Structured roles in each area with early and real responsibilities
    • A framework of personal development competencies tailored to Supply Chain skillsets
    • Opportunity to undertake the Level 4 Diploma from CIPS (Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply), plus opportunities to attend various training workshops
    • Apply your learning in a real-world environment
    • High-profile client-facing roles & engagement
    • Real time supplier interaction and representation
    • Liaison with other KBR Government Solutions business functions
    • Support in identifying your areas of strength, flexing scheme to build your expertise

    Over time, you’ll develop into a capable and knowledgeable member of the Supply Chain function, being assigned your own critical areas of spend or responsibility.

    Upon successful completion of the scheme, we’ll help you find your next role in KBR's Supply Chain Team. Some examples of where our recent Graduates have developed after the Scheme include:

    • Category Manager, overseeing £70m+ spend per annum in the EMEA region
    • Sourcing Operations Team Leader, managing a team and responsible for implementing key procurement processes
    • Contract Manager, operating client-side in the public sector to provide procurement consultancy services

Meet your Graduate Scheme Manager, Line Manager, Buddy and Mentor, who will give you the tools and support needed to excel on your KBR journey.
