The Kellogg Europe R&D Team is looking for a Food Technologist Intern to join us on a 12 month undergraduate placement in the Kellogg Brands Cereal & Snacks Food Design Team, based in Manchester.
What will I be doing
Time will be split between supporting our team of Food Technologists, working on innovation, renovation and cost optimisation opportunities across our famous brands such as Krave, Coco Pops and Special K and linking with our Sensory & Culinary team on project work. Some travel to our UK and European plants and Co-manufacturers may be required.

Required
- Be studying for a degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or related discipline, in your 2nd year of study, on track for a 2:1 or above and be eligible to spend your 3rd year in industry.
- Have strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Have a passion for our brands and a hunger to learn.
- Work well as part of a team.
- Be self-motivated with a ‘make it happen’ mindset
- Have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular Microsoft Teams & Outlook
If successful, the first stage of the process will be telephone interviews . If selected to progress, the second stage of the process will be an Assessment Centre, held in our Centre of Excellence in Stretford, Manchester on Thursday 24th November.
