    The role

    Based in the London, the Entertainment Industry Relations Intern for EMEA will be supporting the NE Entertainment Industry Relations, EMEA team in a wide range of activities to develop and enhance of Gucci’s presence and relationships in the fashion, entertainment, art and sports industries across the territories and to be a support of all the activities related to the execution of the strategies and initiatives that will bring visibility to the brand with the intention of helping drive retail sales and brand awareness.

    Your responsibilities include but are not limited to

    • Support the Norther Europe EIR and EMEA office across all day to EIR planning including organsing shipments of samples and special products for VIP dressing, setting up the showroom for fittings, liaising with the Gucci boutique on product pulls. Organizing logistics for off-site fittings and trips. Supporting the team with identifying new talents in the entertainment industry for the brand in film, television, music, art, sports, and social to amplify Gucci’s presence.
    • Support UK EIR sample management
    • Circulating any news of interest internally – fashion news, events, competitor projects, collaborations through monitoring press
    • Liaising with the stores, other international team members in Milan and worldwide offices
    • Supporting across office travel and agendas – flights, hotels and car bookings
    • Supporting across office orders – stationary, printer equipment, flowers, and gifts

    Key requirements

    • Previous experience in Fashion/Luxury Brands, Cosmetics, Entertainment, PR Agency preferred
    • Passionate with a genuine interested in fashion, cinema, music and the arts
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Discreet, professional and comfortable when networking within the entertainment, fashion, music, art, sports and other cultural influencer areas.
    • Ability to multi-task and be organized in a fast-paced everchanging environment.
    • Works well under pressure with multiple deadlines, often with minimal timeframes.
    • Must be a highly effective communicator and able to work cross-functionally with various internal teams, both domestic and international.
    • Flexibility with ever-changing schedule and able to travel as necessary
    • Proficiency at Microsoft Office, especially Excel
