    About our Engineering Graduate Programme

    Engineering is at the heart of our operations, ensuring that we can deliver the very best end products to our customers consistently and to the highest standards. Our engineering team are leading the way in advancing our technological capabilities and ensuring that we are striving to have in place, globally, work class manufacturing facilities.

    Our 2-year rotational programme is designed to build Kerry leaders of the future with cross-enterprise understanding.

    This is an excellent opportunity to gain best practice experience covering all aspects of industrial engineering whilst also incorporating, people management, reliability engineering, process engineering, project management and continuous improvement.

    This role will encompass experience across multiple Kerry engineering technologies with the opportunity to travel both regionally and globally within the role.

    You will also be assigned a mentor to support and guide you throughout the programme as well as getting invaluable time to learn from our cross functional subject matter experts within the business. Previous graduates in Engineering have progressed into Global Engineering Management, Project Management, Continuous Improvement and Operations Management.

    What you could be doing

    You will have a fantastic opportunity to learn from our engineering experts within the business and get the experience of working cross functionally, which will build your cross-enterprise knowledge of the business. You will learn about the Kerry business drivers, measures and KPI’s, its process capability, products, and customers.

    • Support the execution of the Global Engineering Strategy – bringing it to life day to day within your role.
    • Work on projects from capital invest projects to process improvement initiatives
    • Contribute to further site-wide challenges and other initiatives that have an impact across the business.
    • Support Asset Lifecycle Management by driving the focus on maintenance and availability of the most critical assets
    • Understand the role engineering has to play in our overall Sustainability agenda.
    • Build your knowledge and experience across multiple process technologies.
    • Support the implementation of any advanced technology, digitalisation and robotisation solutions for our plants to help drive efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Most importantly, continually learn, have fun, and make some life-long friends working within Kerry!

    What you need to apply

    • An Engineering Degree (Mechanical, Digital, Automation, Electrical or similar)
    • Fluent in English and in the language of the country you are applying to.
    • Permanent right to work in Europe or UK (for UK role)
    • A problem-solving mindset with an energy and enthusiasm to support our dynamic business in its growth.
