About our Graduate Programme
We are a dynamic global team with multiple locations across the globe. In joining the team, you will get great exposure on how the business operates, end to end, and be given significant responsibilities. The role will play an essential part in supporting and enabling the evolution of our business strategy.
Our two-year Graduate Programme offers you real responsibilities from day one with rotations and project work. You will develop the soft and technical skills required to become a future leader, while getting exposure to business-critical projects and access to deep expertise.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain best practice experience covering all aspects of ICT whilst also incorporating people management, technical expertise, process, and project management. This role will encompass experience across multiple Kerry ICT technologies with potential opportunity to travel both regionally and globally within the role.
You will be assigned a mentor to support and guide you throughout the programme as well as getting invaluable time to learn from our cross functional subject matter experts within the business. Previous graduates in ICT have progressed into global senior leadership roles both within and outside the ICT function.

What you could be doing
As an ICT Graduate, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of roles which could include may include:
- Support the execution of the ICT Strategy – bringing it to life day to day within your role.
- Work on projects from digital to process improvement initiatives ensuring that best practice project management principles are followed.
- Work cross functionally within our manufacturing sites to deliver best in class service enabling a world class customer experience.
- Working with our users to define initial requirement and preparing business cases
- Liaising with business users at various levels of seniority and at all stages of the project lifecycle
- Working with software vendors and other service providers to resolve issues in a timely manner
- Managing projects through the entire project lifecycle
- Taking ownership for the delivery of solutions to our users
- Gain exposure Cyber Security and the fundamental role it plays in protecting our customers and business.
- Support the implementation of any advanced technology, digitalisation and robotisation solutions for our plants to help drive efficiency and effectiveness.
What you need to apply
- At least a 2:2 or equivalent degree in Information Technology or Computing Degree, Business Information Systems, Business, or a related discipline
- Permanent right to work in Europe
- Passionate about Information Technology and want to join us in shaping the future of ICT in Kerry.
