- Taste and Nutrition (T&N) - We proactively present innovative concepts and ideas that fit the customers, the markets and the consumers aligned with our Taste & Nutrition strategy.
- Applied Health and Nutrition (AH&N) presents a vast portfolio of advanced Technologies (from Cell Nutrition, Vinegar, Enzymes, Brewing Ingredients, Proteins, to Food Protection).
You’ll be at the front of Customer innovation helping our business and sustain growth. We innovate with a uniquely structured approach to designing products, services, and experiences that positively and profitably influence behaviour.

What you could be doing
- Work directly with customers to understand their requirements and design and develop the components that will be used to help our customers create great-tasting products.
- Apply scientific principles for research and improvement of products beyond taste, so they are better, more wholesome, nourishing, and sustainable.
- Understand a truly market led approach in Food / Meat / Beverage / Supplements / Pet food
- End to end project management in applied research / technology and innovation research
- Explore and be a pioneer in research areas: sensory science, nutrition, flavour, creation & fermentation
- Participate in internal and external customer requests to satisfy project needs from concept through commercialisation and troubleshooting.
What you need to apply
- Minimum 2:1 or equivalent degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Food and Human Nutrition, Chemistry, Microbiology, Biotechnology, and related scientific degrees.
- A passion for food industry, and especially taste, nutrition, and advanced technologies.
- Fluent in English and in the language of the country you are applying to.
- Permanent right to work Europe
