About our Graduate Programme
Supply Chain is at the heart of all operations from sourcing raw materials right through to delivering the end product to our customers. Working closely with our customers and our internal colleagues, we are able to manage one of the most complex supply chains.
You will play an essential role in internal coordination between Production, Finance, Procurement and Customer Service, to ensure that Kerry can meet its customers’ demands through efficient balance of materials and the finished goods supply chain.
Previous graduates in Supply Chain have progressed into Supply Chain Management, Operations Management and Purchasing Management.
Kerry is committed to your growth as a Supply Chain professional. We will support you to achieve either your CIPS or APICS professional qualification.

What you could be doing
Supporting the management of the Supply Chain team, improving its effectiveness by implementing relevant Supply Chain principles, and challenging current practices.
- Working on projects to ensure best practice Supply Chain roll out, while contributing to further site-wide challenges and other initiatives that have impact on Supply Chain across the business.
- Working with our Supply Chain teams across our business and with our manufacturing plants to deliver best in class service enabling a world class customer experience
- Using our advanced planning and logistics systems you will be able to leverage big data to draw insights across our supply chain networks and providing recommendations for enhancing and driving efficiencies in our operations
- Leveraging the skills you have through Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Scheduling and Logistics & Transportation planning you will be able to secure on time in full deliveries through our end-to-end supply chain
What you need to apply
- Any degree across disciplines, preferably related to Supply Chain, Business and Technology.
- An interest in dealing with complex problems and supply chains in a food manufacturing environment with a keen eye for Food Safety, Quality and Service.
- Fluent in English and in the language of the country you are applying to.
- Permanent right to work in UK or Europe
