    Marketing Operations (MarkOps) sits at a regional level providing marketing services, such as website editing, and digital asset management designed to help our markets move faster. MarkOps is a new team for KCC and as such this role will help us identify and deploy new services to the business, creating efficiency at a low cost to serve.

    This EMEA Marketing Operations Executive job role sits within our Kimberly Clark Consumer (KCC), Digital, Media and Insights Team in our EMEA head office in Tadworth, Surrey.

    The role

    • Support the Head of MarkOps, Brand Sector team and DAM Librarian (Cybrarian) with management of our DAM (Digital Asset Manager) by owning the access process, communication etc.
    • Own our EMEA DAM development roadmap alongside our Global teams and Cybrarian
    • Work with eCommerce team and local markets on data reporting, ensuring that targets are provided, and reports are delivered out on time
    • Assisting on operational processes, and championing marketing efficiencies
    • Own the creation and updating of MarkOps operating manuals, ensuring these are up-to-date and available to access by our markets
    • Manage reporting and NPS surveys for Digital Services provided by MarkOps
    • Work with agencies to deliver MarkOps Monthly Business Reviews (MBR) on time with insight & action provided
    • You will work closely with our markets, to ensure their needs are met and we’re meeting service level agreements

    Skills and experience

    • A passion and experience within Digital Marketing Technology is essential
    • Agency management experience
    • Previous experience working with Content or Digital Asset Management tools
    • A self-starter with strong stakeholder management experience
    • Good excel skills, with an understanding of analytics - previous experience working with large data sets is an advantage
    • Project Management skills are a plus, but no formal qualification required
    • Previous experience with CMS (Content Management Systems) such as Sitecore, or CRM systems such as Salesforce beneficial, but not essential
