As a Product Manager MBA Intern in our New Games studio, you will be at the heart of the next generation of King games including games such as Rebel Riders.
As a Product Manager MBA Intern, you'll work with amazing Game Designers, Economy Designers, Data Scientists and Producers as well as colleagues across King in teams such as Marketing, Central Analytics, Player Insights, Market Competitive Intelligence and Finance.
You will combine quantitative and qualitative analysis to provide input for new games at all stages of development and on topics including feature design, optimisations, play tests, AB tests and game performance. You will champion your game(s) to promote and raise its profile.
About you
- Drive the product, testing, and optimisation roadmap together with the stakeholders
- Contribute to games product strategy to delight our players as well as maximise players (installs, retention) and revenue
- Craft, identify and develop creative ideas to push both your game and King as a whole forward
- Combine quantitative and qualitative analysis to analyse play tests, AB tests, feature releases, monitor game performance, identify opportunities fine- tune the mechanics, and increase player retention, virality, conversion and monetisation
- Write and collaborate on clear feature and test specifications that can be implemented
- Present key findings from your work in a clear and concise way to your team and stakeholders
- Provide stakeholders with regular or ad- hoc updates on the performance of the product
- Liaise with our internal stakeholders including Marketing, Central Analytics, Player Insights, Market Competitive Intelligence and Finance
- Share best practice across the team and the wider King organisation

You are proactive and demonstrate the ability to learn quickly and work in a fast- paced and collaborative environment whilst communicating effectively with teams and individuals across King.
You are
- Currently enrolled in a Masters of Business Administration at a leading business school.
- Highly analytical with a good understanding of interpreting data and statistics to make data- driven decisions and recommendations
- Motivated to draw insights from industry data in order to improve products
- Talented at building professional relationships and have strong influencing and communication skills
- Able to present analysis and research in an impactful way
- Able to work in self- directed, fast- paced, results- orientated and entrepreneurial environment
- Friendly, curious, empathic and a team player
- Not afraid to roll up your sleeves and work to tight deadlines
And for bonus points
- Passion for mobile games and a solid understanding of the industry
- Analytics, strategy, management consulting or similar experience
- Proven experience in delivering and improving consumer products
