The role
We’re looking for a Creative Intern with a strong visual eye, a genuine love for photography, and an organized, proactive mindset. You’ll work closely with our agents and studio team, assisting in day-to-day tasks like updating portfolios, refreshing website content, scheduling social posts, and supporting promotional efforts. This is a great opportunity to gain real insight into how a creative agency runs from the inside out.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in curating and updating photographer portfolios (print + digital)
- Help manage and refresh content on the agency website
- Support the agents in creating mood boards, decks, and lookbooks
- Schedule and help design Instagram posts and Stories/Reels
- Research visual trends, references, and new work in the industry
- Organize image selects and credit information from shoots
- Maintain digital asset organization and artist archives
- Sit in on agent meetings, brainstorms, and client prep sessions
- There is also the opportunity to assist our Head of Production on production tasks for the artists
What we’re looking for
- A strong visual sensibility and eye for photography, layout, and composition
- Confident with Photoshop, InDesign, or Canva
- Comfortable using Instagram (and bonus if you know Reels/TikTok editing basics)
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
- Interest in the behind-the-scenes world of photography, agencies, and creative business
- A flexible, team-first attitude and a hard-working, can-do approach
