Kiwa Agri Food are looking a Scheme Coordinator to join their friendly and fast-paced Scheme Coordinator team on a fixed term contract for 12 months. This role will work closely with the Feed Scheme Managers to ensure smooth and excellent administration support. Kiwa, is a global top 20 leader in Testing, Inspection and Certification. About the role
- Undertake and prioritise tasks to aid the smooth running of schemes.
- Create strong relationships with customers.
- Support customers through the application/renewal process from initial application to completion of certification.
- Liaise with in house and contracted assessors from allocation of work through to the receipt of completed reports.
- Produce Certificates/final reports/update external websites.
- Update and maintain records and reports in electronic systems.
- Answer telephone and deal with enquiries through to their conclusion.
- Be involved in internal audits for schemes including reviewing Scheme Work Instructions.
Do you have what it takes?
- Practical experience working in customer service.
- Budget management awareness with the ability to work to set targets.
- Excellent planning and organisational skills.
- Good working knowledge of typical IT tools (Microsoft Office, etc).
- Dynamism, aptitude for problem solving and team work, practicality, reliability, flexibility, and results oriented.
- Exceptional communication skills and interpersonal relations at all levels.

- 36.25 hours a week, Mon-Fri
- Hybrid Working - 2 days in Harrogate office/3 days WFH (after office based training completed)
