About the Role
Our Graduate Regulatory Engineer will focus on:
- Utilising the sound application of technical skills and engineering logic
- Provide operation technical support to the PCS and PCS Customers
- Ensuring regulatory compliance applications run smoothly and that service metrics are met.
- Have a relevant engineering or scientific degree (e.g. electrical engineering, physics etc.)
- Reviewing and interpret engineering documents and drawings including test reports, electrical schematics, PCB’s etc
- Conduct ‘hands-on’ practical laboratory work and use equipment such as spectrum analysers
- Troubleshoot technical issues

- Driving and managing international Type Approval projects to ensure deadlines are met, and PCS corporate performance metrics are adhered to.
- Providing technical solutions and expertise to both customer and in-house technical challenges.
- Assisting with customer enquiries and providing day to day support for customers on a range of radio type approval and technical matters including EMC, SAR etc.
- Review technical product documents (such as test reports, circuit, and PCB layout diagrams) to ensure they are suitable for Type Approval and product certification applications.
- Prepare and pre-test engineering samples before they are shipped to overseas test laboratories.
- Support formal testing at overseas type approval test laboratories, as needed.
- Manage and support international research projects on new technologies, and technical developments within the industry.
- Undertaking technical research activities.
- A willingness to travel
