This two-year programme is based in Baker Street, London and you'll be given exposure, experience, training and support to build on your potential no matter your background or perspectives.

This scheme is designed to give you everything you need to launch a career in property and is completely unique in its structure, unifying both residential and commercial rotations within one scheme.

You will experience an unparalleled breadth of opportunities and explore a diverse range of projects. You will get exposure to an extended portfolio of clients, customers and properties, and we will help you discover where your strengths and interests are best placed within the rotation options at Knight Frank.

You don’t need a property related degree to apply. Alongside your work, we will support you through an MSc in Real Estate to ensure that you have the skills needed to prepare for the APC (Assessment of Professional Competence) and qualification to become a Chartered Surveyor.

    What to expect

If you have, or you are studying for a degree or MSc that is accredited by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), you will join us on the traditional two-year graduate scheme. We’ll support you in your journey to completing the prestigious Assessment of Professional Competence (APC). Each rotation with a different team in our business will be measured as a learning experience within your portfolio and by completing your APC, you’ll become a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), a professional body which will expand your network and horizons as you progress through your career.

If you have, or you are studying for a degree that is not property-related and not accredited by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), we welcome your application. Pre-existing knowledge of real estate isn’t essential, because we’ll equip you with all the tools for success.

    Training and development

During your time as a graduate, you will train for your Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) following the RICS Valuations Pathway.

Achieving this qualification enables you to become a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), a professional body for those in the industry.

Training for your APC will take shape through a combination of seminars, workshops and self-study. You will gain exposure to a wide range of subjects, and have the opportunity to deep dive into several core competencies such as commercial Real Estate, Valuations and Strategic Real Estate.

    We are looking for

    • An undergraduate degree in any subject.
    • Commitment and enthusiasm for learning as you’ll be undertaking your APC qualification across the two-year scheme and, if you have a non-property related degree, an MSc in Real Estate.
    • A fascination with property, keeping up to date with the real estate market and current developments.
    • A strong desire to develop great people skills in your career, as communication and building partnerships is at the heart of what we do.
