The Role

Our summer internship programme provides the ideal opportunity to learn more about Knight Frank and the property industry while gaining experience in our headquarters in Baker Street. The structured one-month scheme includes networking opportunities, department presentations and real work for real clients. There is assessment centre at the end of the programme, successful candidates will be offered a place on our graduate scheme commencing September 2021. You will work with one team for the duration of your internship, in either the commercial or residential side of the business. Pre-existing knowledge of real estate is not essential, because we’ll equip you with all the tools for success! A fascination with property, keeping up to date with the real estate market and current developments - this does not have to be from studying, we want to hear from passionate people.

The 4-week internship is open to students who have at least 2 years university student in an RICS accredited degree (join as a cognate) or non-RICS accredited degree (join as a non-cognate and will be sponsored through an MSc alongside the graduate programme). Requirements

  • Desire to join the Graduate programme commencing September 2022
  • On track for 2:1 in any degree subject
  • A fascination with property, keeping up to date with the real estate market and current developments
  • Passion to deliver exceptional service
  • Eligibility to work in UK: Please note we are unable to sponsor visas for graduate positions
