Finance Manager London 2023

We have an excellent opportunity available for a finance professional to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. The Finance Manager position lies within the UK Finance function. You’ll be working in a high performing team- alongside peers always trying to reach the next level. You’ll be reporting into the Trade Investment Lead- working closely with Sales. Get ready for a lot of exposure to internal senior stakeholders.

Your primary responsibility will be working closely within the Sales Team to ensure every penny of our Promo Investments and Commercial agreements is accounted for in the forecast & reconciled in the actuals. You’re constantly looking for improvement activities to understand and control our Commercial Balance Sheet for a large set of customers.

In brief- you will be responsible for

• Great team including 2 direct reports in our office in the Shard (London) and 2 supporting GBS analysts in Noida
• Ownership for the customer balance sheet & ensuring control over customer P&L’s
• Control month end process to ensure P&L & accruals are correct at the end of each period
• Ensure items on the balance sheet are processed efficiently by streamlining processes- while support your analysts & GBS resource when issues arise
• Ensure we keep working capital under control and support healthy account receivables balance
• Ensure processes are being adhered to and are driving the right mix between control and efficiency.

Qualifications

Hard Skills:

• Minimum qualification Bachelor’s University degree
• 2 years of prior experience in a Finance control/Accounting/Commercial finance role
• A good level of IT literacy is essential- including experience of Microsoft Office- Windows- Outlook- and Explorer
• Strong MS Excel skills (you’ll work with huge massive of data and help to improve existing tools) are extremely valuable
• Prior experience of SAP would be advantageous
• Fluency in English is essential
