We have an excellent opportunity available for a talented Junior Brand Manager to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. The Junior Brand Manager - Heinz Core position lies within the Northern Europe business unit based in the Shard- London and is part of our category team. You will be reporting into a senior marketer with strong experience- working in a high performing team- alongside peers always trying to reach the next level and you will have a lot of exposure to internal senior stakeholders as well as external agencies.
In this role- together with your team- you will be looking after the largest and most loved UK Heinz brand- which include the icon Heinz Tomato Ketchup as well as challenger growing engines like for example Heinz Seriously Good Mayonnaise or Heinz baby category. You will have the opportunity to be responsible for key projects to help delivering the growth ambition of the Heinz brand. You will be contributing to bring to life the brand strategy- plan and execute communication plans- including disrupting PR activations and partnering with different functions team to successfully land in market your project.
In brief- you will be responsible for
- Performance analysis and consumer insight understanding to help inform short and medium terms projects
- Project management of key communication plans- including creative development and media execution
- Project management of innovation and renovation projects in line with the long term strategy- in strong collaboration with the cross-category team for best on-time in class execution
- Working in partnership with the category- shopper and sales teams to ensure strong in market execution and commercial rigour to deliver results
- Budget management
