We’re a fast moving, 24/7 environment with specialist teams managing our transport, warehouse and import & export air logistics. Working within contracts across the Pharmaceuticals, Aerospace and Perishables industries, we deliver over 1.35 million tonnes of customer products annually around the world!
Your role
This placement will be supporting our project and implementation managers with their current and ongoing projects.
Your responsibilities
- Support a variety of projects to ensure each project is delivered on time
- Create supportive documentation such as detailed Working Instructions to enable all air logistics operators to perform at their best
- Maintain all relevant internal KPI dashboards
- Support/Lead training initiatives and improvements in business implementation
- Review the Data Quality Report and drive improvements
- Support the Air logistics Systems & Process team
- Support of implementation activities in order to achieve zero failure
- Support and ensuring WI creation and appropriate training of underlying process including validation against SOP
- Coordinate, prepare and upload monthly Board Reports
- Maintain and Upload to MyKN Business Intelligence Material
