    At Labcorp in Alconbury, Huntingdon we are looking to recruit a Laboratory Analyst to join our expanding in vitro Metabolism team.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Running routine and bespoke in vitro drug metabolism assays, including, cell culture, drug-drug interaction assays, plasma protein binding assays
    • Working within cross functional teams to perform sample analysis in accordance with Good Laboratory Practice regulatory requirements to deadlines.
    • Conducting data processing, as well as data review and QC checking.
    • Identifying opportunities for improvement in operational processes and lead or contribute to the delivery of these improvements.

    Education

    • BSc degree in a relevant scientific subject.

    Experience

    Laboratory experience in the follow would be advantageous, however full training will be provided:

    • Cell culture experience
    • Working using aseptic techniques
    • PCR experience
    • Use of automated liquid handling platforms
    • Working to GLP regulations
