    About the role

    We are looking for a talented Junior Creative Sports Producer to join our dynamic and fast-paced Originals team. In this role you’ll work closely with the Lead Creative Producer across Sport to help execute our current slate and build out our Sports offering on SPORTbible Originals as well as activate content across SPORTbible’s social platforms.

    LADstudios is the content studio by LADbible Group offering 360 digital formats designed to capture audiences across all digital platforms. We aim to inform, entertain and create lasting impact, by bringing untold stories, laughter, debate and opinion to our audiences. We create broadcast quality original series and formats, alongside platform specific versions of every show we make.

    We work alongside LADbible Group’s in-house content marketing specialists delivering original formats to rival traditional television offerings and also working closely with the commercial side of the business, delivering sport specific content for clients such as Sky Bet.

    What will you be doing?

    • You’ll be helping to activate our Original Sport shows across all platforms in our ecosystem, including YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, X and TikTok.
    • Helping to create content from ideation to activation
    • On shoots, you’ll carry through the editorial voice for SPORTbible content and step in to direct where needed, helping to see the creative vision through.
    • You’ll attend development meetings where necessary and gain skills developing and pitching new ideas that will work for the SPORTbible portfolio - sharing ideas and working together to make the best content for a youth audience, skewed to sport.
    • You’ll immerse yourself in the cultural sport conversation, identifying online trends & and the latest in sports personalities.
    • You’ll be able to analyse analytics and from this learn how we carry these through to Sport development.

    Experience we’d look for

    • Great sports knowledge - particularly in football, Formula 1 and combat sports
    • Has an eye for digital-first content and a keen interest in sport & creating sport content.
    • You’ll have keen interest in YouTube, but also have knowledge of how to create successful social media content across Social platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok & X
    • Ideally, you’ll have editing/producing/shooting experience
    • Effective time management, organisational & communication skills are essential!
    • Proactive and motivated, with a willingness to take on any task; As well as a positive, collaborative approach to working to short turnaround times

    Note: This role will require some work outside of your typical 9-5, as well as some travelling for shoots.
