The role
As a Data Coordinator , you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring data accuracy from asset surveys
- Cross-referencing survey data with current databases
- Identifying changes or missing assets
- Defining common descriptions for sub-assets
- Reviewing and identifying missing maintenance tasks
- Reporting progress and trends from surveys
- Maintaining efficient data validation and reporting processes
The candidate
The ideal Data Coordinator will have:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data tools
- Strong data analysis and communication skills
- Experience in data capture and input
- Ability to organise and prioritise tasks efficiently
- Experience communicating with stakeholders
- A full UK driving licence and ability to travel
- Ability to complete Baseline Personnel Security Standard checks
