LCP is a firm of financial, actuarial and business consultants. We offer graduate placements in our Pensions Actuarial, Investment Consulting, DC & Financial Wellbeing, Insurance, and Analytics & Financial Modelling departments.

The work we do involves assessing the risks associated with future events and advising clients on how much money they should set aside now to be able to cover uncertain payments in the future and how that money should be invested. Working with some of the brightest minds in the business means you will get a real feel of what being a consultant at LCP is really like.
LCP has an excellent track record of students passing their professional exams and qualifying quickly; we also have an extensive programme of in-house training. After an introductory course, regular training sessions are held throughout the first three years, covering every aspect of the business. Staff also receive training to keep their technical knowledge up to date and to improve their managerial and presentation skills. We provide comprehensive support for the professional exams.
We are looking for at least a 2.1 honours degree (or equivalent) and an A grade in A-level mathematics (or equivalent). Ideally, applicants would also have A-level grades in other subjects equating to a total of 128 UCAS points.
