    Core responsibilities

    • Working as part of a cross-functional team with key stakeholders within local marketing teams, the Western Europe regional marketing team and the Consumer Services team, to grow and engage local audiences across the social media ecosystem
    • Planning and creating a local content calendar.
    • Ensuring community engagement with local audiences across our LEGO channels is conducted in a timely fashion with the appropriate tone of voice.
    • Being passionate about internet culture, surfacing relevant local trends and reactive content opportunities.
    • Collaborating with local Brand and Digital Managers to understand the commercial and audience priorities to improve the local social experience.
    • Supporting the Social Media Analytics Manager by feeding key local insights into content and channel reporting and proposing innovative test and learn initiatives.
    • Briefing and optimising organic content boosting when relevant, in collaboration with the media agency

    Our vision for Western Europe Social Media is to drive relevance and brand love across local audiences, while operating regionally to generate scale and impact.

    Do you have what it takes?

    • Experience working across social media platforms to reach and engage online communities
    • Fluent Spanish language required
    • Deep understanding of the social media ecosystem with experience working for a brand or company across social platforms such as Facebook, Instagram YouTube, Pinterest Twitter and Snapchat
    • Excellent social media copywriting skills
    • Strong experience in delivering engaging and brand safe social media experiences
    • Solid experience with social listening and social media analytics, including native platforms and third-party tools
    • Strong understanding of the importance of influencer marketing and awareness of key local influencers
    • Ability & willingness to travel, mainly within the Western European region
    • Planning and creating a local content calendar, localising/translating original social media copy and publishing content across local social channels (Facebook and Instagram)
