The Role
Core Responsibilities
• Based on our regional campaign calendar, support the execution of media campaign activities for both our consumer (child) and shopper (adult) audiences.
• Work with the LEGO Creative Agency and external production teams to build engaging and high-impact creative assets.
• Partner with local market-based LEGO marketing teams to ensure alignment on campaign logistics (budgets, timings, translations and reporting).
• Work with our media agency to ensure executions run to brief and are optimised to meet objectives.
• Support the Senior Digital Manager in monitoring and communicating updates on campaign process and performance to a large stakeholder set.

Your role will be supporting the delivery of multi-market digital media campaigns working directly with our partner media platforms, publishers, our internal creative and marketing teams, and our media agency partners
Requirements
• Working towards a Bachelor’s degree
• Experience and/or awareness of best practice and process behind branded activations on digital platforms (preferably in-app display, Amazon media channels & Social platforms).
• Passion for high-impact creative and innovative ways to communicate a message in line with the latest trends.
• Understanding of digital channel objectives, targeting and measurement. Plus awareness of how to connect key digital targets with overall marketing/business objectives.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proactivity and confidence to make decisions, manage expectations and meet deadlines.
