We’re looking for two Interns to join our LEGO® Retail Finance team full time for one year starting in July 2024.

Core responsibilities
The role will be varied and exciting. You will have the opportunity to work across the LEGO Retail Finance team and business partners, including but not limited to the following topics:
- Help drive the digitalization of Finance and build financial reports in an efficient and business-focused way, leveraging data analytics.
- Supporting on digitization of stores or ecommerce reporting.
- Analysing key drivers to understand business performance.
- Supporting defining the commercial plan to improve revenue performance.
- Supporting improving forecasting accuracy of both revenue and costs.
- Supporting in preparing materials for senior executive teams.
- Providing analysis and insights for ad hoc projects as needed.
Do you have what it takes?
- Working towards a Bachelor’s degree or similar qualification with the right to work in the UK already in place.
- Proficient in both written and verbal English.
- Strong numerical A levels (or equivalent). Accounting/Economics/Finance/Data Science are preferable.
- Possess a quantitative approach and analytical capabilities and be passionate about unlocking insights through data.
- Good communication ability and confident with presentations.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and perform multiple tasks optimally.
- Familiarity with MS Excel (e.g., pivot tables, look-ups, macros, etc.) and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
- Ability to process large volumes of unstructured data and organize information – experience with SQL or other languages preferred.
