    What you will do

Can you imagine yourself using new technology to solve customer problems? Does being a key part of supporting our armed forces sound rewarding? Would you like a role that includes customer engagement, data analytics and mathematical modelling? If so, then why not join the growing engineering community within Customer Support and Service Solutions (CS3).

The CS3 line of business operates across all of the main UK sites, providing innovative and invaluable support solutions to our customers. We help to ensure the availability of front-line capability wherever and whenever required, whether that’s helicopters supporting the Covid-19 relief effort or fast jets protecting UK air space. By joining our team, you could help us to continue to make a difference.

As a Graduate Supportability Engineer within CS3, you will be part of a team looking at how we can use information and data to understand how our equipment performs when it’s being used by our customers, and how effective our support solutions are. By creating models based on this data, these can then be used to explore and predict how future support solutions should be designed to meet the needs of both the customer and the business.

Your role might include capturing and understanding customer requirements, exploring available data and using mathematical analysis and modelling to turn it into useful information that will help our teams to create effective support solutions for our customers.
