We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our busy Real Estate Commercial team in Bournemouth. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your legal career with a well-respected firm, working alongside experienced partners and fee earners on a diverse range of Real Estate matters.
About the role
As a Paralegal, you’ll play a key role in supporting the team by:
- Managing your own caseload from file opening to completion.
- Providing high-quality support to fee-earners, including drafting documents and conducting research.
- Handling daily case management tasks such as file reviews, actioning deadlines, and liaising with clients.
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records on the case management system.
What we’re looking for
- Previous legal experience (desirable but not essential).
- An LPC, Law degree, MILEX qualification, or equivalent (desirable).
- A good working knowledge of Real Estate matters.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and time management skills.
- Confidence using IT systems (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and legal software).
- A proactive and solution-focused mindset, able to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities.
