Levi Strauss & Co. are looking for a Digital Assets & Content, Sales Operations Graduate supporting our Sales & Marketplace Team across North Europe - UK, Nordics, DACH & EE ensuring we are sharing our Brand content – digital assets, catalogue information & marketing content, in a timely method prior to season launch, with strong communication internally and externally with our Wholesale Partners.
About the job
- Partnering with Creative Studio to ensure 100% digital asset coverage of wholesale assortment for wholesale accounts & marketplace platforms
- Create tracking overviews for product readiness before season launch, communicating to Sales Team
- Publishing content in Salsify to our Wholesale partners via Wholesale Catalogue & direct integrations according to customer requirements
- Partnering with our Communications Specialist to communicate status to our partners
- Sharing brand marketing content with our partners
- Support set up of new Salsify integrations
- Full end to end process of sample management for customers digital asset needs
- Ordering, coordination, warehouse & customer communication
- Creation of monthly internal newsletter
About you
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent excel and ppt skills
- High understanding of the wholesale process
- Previous experience using Salsify is beneficial
- Highly organized
