    Job purpose

    We are looking for a Loyalty marketing intern to join our Loyalty and CRM team based in London, UK.

    Key responsibilities

    • CRM & Loyalty: support the Loyalty Managers in the activation plan of the Levi's® Red tab™ program across north Europe markets
    • Coordinate own and paid loyalty campaigns (brief, translation, benefit administration tools, reporting) as part of the Loyalty marketing European plan.
    • Align content and calendars with all owned channels, marketing & merchandising teams to deliver best-in-class customer journey.
    • Ensure the consistency of content, copy, and translations in the Levi's® digital environment.
    • Set up loyalty campaigns on CMS and other platforms.
    • Mobile APP: Manage push notification campaign briefings & content publishing in the mobile app as needed.
    • Manage local activations in collaboration with the Brand, PR and local partner agency teams.
    • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for European region and provide clear insights to management and stakeholders on trade meetings.
    • Provide additional reports on specific Loyalty & CRM marketing activations and analyse performance against benchmarks.
    • Carry out a weekly competitive review on the loyalty marketing landscape, staying up to date with the latest industry best practice.
    • Ensure administration tasks inherent to the position (presentations, organization of meetings, etc.)

    Requirements

    • Marketing, Business, Communication, or related studies.
    • Strong attention to detail and a good eye for impactful creative
    • Customer oriented focus, with a keen interest in retail and particularly within the fashion sector.
    • Eager to learn how to use different marketing technology platforms such as Air table, Adobe analytics, Email marketing platforms, Cordial, Movable Ink.
    • Fluent in English, across both written and spoken communication. Additional European language/s would be a plus!
    • Strong team player, able to work collaboratively across multiple teams.
    • Strong MS Office skills, knowledge in Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
    • Available as soon as possible for at least 6 months, 12 months preferred.
