The role

The interns at Levi's are a key part of our business, you work with the most talented professionals helping to build our global brand. In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting and updating the commercial and promotional calendar with high attention to detail and clear communication in conjunction with Site Merch.
  • Working with Web Analytic tool (Adobe Omniture, Content Square, PBI) to help the team make informed and strategic decision making and on site actions.
  • Carry out regular site sweeps to identify areas of opportunity across the site.
  • Support the implementation of all content refreshes across the full Levi.com site experience - homepage, landing pages, category & product landing pages
  • Build, schedule and launch blog content pages using the Wordpress engine integrated with Levi.com – 5-10 articles per month
  • Be a Content Stack CMS super user, become an expert in working with the platform to deliver content experiences across multiple digital channels
  • Coordinate the translation and QA process with local market teams of copy decks and copy toolkits to an extremely high standard
  • Coordinate and manage the digital marketing calendar to communicate all launches across levi.com
  • Generate weekly and monthly analysis of content performance to allow for improvement and optimization of site experience

Candidate description

  • Highly organised and process driven
  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic, excels in challenging environments
  • Educated to degree level or experience gained from a similar role and environment. Industry experience is preferred but not compulsory
  • Understands the market place competitions and constantly thinks of ways to push for a mobile first driven strategies
  • You understand digital media and online retails environments. You have a customer-centric mindset, always looking for ways to improve the online shopping experience.
  • Have an innate sense of what will appeal to the online buyers – and understand how to cater the website to visualise products in ways that coincide with the needs of potential customers.
  • You’re a team player, able to work and communicate cross functionally, and work well in an international team.
  • You’re passionate about E-commerce and the fashion industry. Fluent in English with excellent communication skills. Additional European language is an advantage.
  • You have experience content management platforms

Essential requirements

  • Previous experience of success in an ecommerce trading/merchandising role.
  • Experience with web analytics tools, e.g. Omniture, Google Analytics.
